Analysis: Total US Debt Surpasses $37 Trillion for the First Time, Debt Crisis Growing More Severe

BlockBeats News, August 9th. According to The Kobeissi Letter, today, the total U.S. debt has officially surpassed $37 trillion for the first time in history. Since July 4th, when Trump signed the "Beautiful Act" and raised the debt ceiling, the U.S. debt has increased by an additional $780 billion, equivalent to an average daily increase of $220 billion.

Just last week, the U.S. government conducted 10 bond sales totaling $724 billion, making the U.S. debt crisis more severe than ever before.
