Archax is set to acquire Deutsche Börse, expanding its cryptocurrency ETP business in Europe

BlockBeats News, July 22nd, according to CoinDesk's report, UK-based digital asset exchange Archax will acquire the German regulated crypto asset management company Deutsche Digitale Vermogensverwaltung (DDA), a move that will strengthen its presence in the two major European financial markets.
DDA manages around $70 million in assets, specifically distributing cryptocurrency exchange-traded products (ETPs) through a network of European banks and asset management companies.
