Bloomberg: Bitmain Plans to Establish First Factory in the U.S.
BlockBeats News, July 29th, according to Bloomberg, Bitmain Technologies Ltd., the world's largest cryptocurrency mining rig manufacturer, plans to open its first factory in the United States in the next few months. This move is part of its strategic transformation to embrace the "Made in America" trend in digital assets.
According to Irene Gao, head of Bitmain's global business, the company plans to establish its new headquarters and assembly line in Texas or Florida by the end of the third quarter of 2025. The first batch of production is expected to start in early 2026, followed by gradual ramp-up to full-scale production within the year.
