BlockBeats News, July 11th, according to an official announcement, Canadian publicly listed company Universal Digital acquired 10 bitcoins in its maiden treasury allocation.
Prior to this news, Canadian publicly listed company Universal Digital announced the initiation of a Bitcoin reserve strategy, planning to gradually reduce its existing altcoin holdings and convert them to Bitcoin. The company has signed a non-binding memorandum of cooperation with the Tokyo-listed company GFA, planning to jointly design a Bitcoin reserve plan for Asian listed companies. Under the agreement, both parties will explore building a Bitcoin reserve model for Japanese listed companies, developing financing tools such as warrants for Bitcoin purchases, and enhancing the digital asset custody framework.
