Circle is starting to test the ARC blockchain with large institutions.

BlockBeats News, October 28th, according to CoinDesk, the issuer of USDC, Circle (Code: CRCL), is gradually approaching the launch of its payment-focused Arc blockchain, which has now entered a testing phase with multiple institutions.
The company stated on Tuesday that the public testnet version of Arc has been launched, allowing over 100 financial institutions, asset management companies, and technology firms, including Visa, HSBC, BlackRock, and Anthropic, to participate in the testing.
Aptos Labs, in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group and Hang Seng Bank, has completed a pilot and research study on "Cyberport Dollar+" (a digital currency initiative).
