He Yi has always worked as a co-founder, diligently maintained the community, sincerely served users, she is the hardest-working person I have ever seen. She has long been a pillar of the company. This title change is more of a formal outward-facing move to make the Western community more familiar with her.

He Yi and Richard have very different skill sets, and they complement each other. He Yi is 9 years younger than me, has a strong learning ability, can quickly make up for shortcomings, for example, her English is not as good as Richard's, but she is still improving, although you can still hear many grammar mistakes.

A while ago, I didn't have much to do in the United States, just played some sports; when I came back, I found that the company was running well, the team is very strong, which is a good thing. Life does not flow backward. I enjoy my current life, I don’t have to focus on Binance all the time, but give others room to grow . My current focus is on the BNB Chain ecosystem project and serving as a crypto advisor to multiple governments."
