Metaplanet announces that Fidelity's NFS, under Fidelity Investments, has become the company's largest shareholder.

BlockBeats News, July 15: Simon Gerovich, CEO of the Japanese listed company Metaplanet, announced on social media that "Metaplanet has a new largest shareholder." As of June 30, National Financial Services LLC (NFS) held 84 million shares of the company, accounting for 12.9% of the total share capital, with a market value of approximately 130 billion yen (about 820 million dollars).


NFS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments, primarily serving as a custody institution to provide custody services to retail and institutional investors who purchase stocks through the Fidelity platform."
