Ondo Finance to Acquire Brokerage Firm Oasis Pro, Plans to Launch Tokenized US Stock Trading in the Coming Months
BlockBeats News, July 4th, Ondo Finance will acquire the SEC-regulated broker-dealer Oasis Pro to advance its tokenized US stocks business.
The acquisition price has not been disclosed yet. The acquisition will bring a range of US securities licenses to Ondo: a broker-dealer regulated by the SEC, an Alternative Trading System (ATS), and a transfer agent. Ondo Finance plans to launch tokenized stock trading in the coming months.
