SUI Treasury Management Company Mill City Reveals Q2 Financial Report: Holding 81.87 Million SUI Fully Staked
BlockBeats News, August 15: SUI Treasury Management Company Mill City disclosed its second-quarter financial report, with total investment income in Q2 increasing by 7% year-on-year to $948,000 and operating expenses decreasing to $316,000. It holds a total of 81.87 million SUI tokens, all of which are staked.
On August 1, Mill City Ventures III announced that it is planning to repurchase up to $500 million worth of SUI tokens. Previously, the company had entered into an equity financing agreement with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners, allowing it to sell common stock to fund its cryptocurrency treasury strategy. Mill City has already invested approximately $277 million to purchase over 76 million SUI tokens, a transaction that took place after Mill City formally established itself as the SUI corporate treasury manager and completed a $450 million private placement.
