BlockBeats News, on January 26, the London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company placed 955,000 ordinary shares in accordance with the terms of a subscription agreement. The total amount raised from this share placement is £520,037 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.54 per share, with the company set to receive about 98.25% of the proceeds as settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares unsold under the subscription agreement is 59,020,500 shares.
