The U.S. Senate Democrats have proposed a plan to end the government shutdown, which was rejected by the Republicans.
BlockBeats News, November 8th: An aide to Senate Minority Leader Schumer of the United States stated that the Democratic Party proposed to reopen the government through a short-term funding bill with no strings attached and a bipartisan mini omnibus funding bill.
However, a Republican aide said that the Republican Party rejected the Democratic Party's proposal to end the government shutdown. (FX168)
