Three Arrows Capital has submitted a subpoena notice to summon SBF and others, accusing them of illegally liquidating its $1.5 billion position.

BlockBeats News, September 11, according to FTX creditor representative Sunil, Three Arrows Capital has served a subpoena requesting the appearance of SBF, Ryne Salame, and Caroline Ellison. SBF's deposition will take place on October 14, 2025.

Zhu Su stated that SBF unlawfully liquidated their $1.5 billion position, while Ryne Salame traded client positions with insider information, cashing out $1 billion.
