BlockBeats News, July 4th, Trump stated that the earliest the United States could start sending letters to trading partners with unilaterally set tariff rates would be Friday (local time 4th), and July 9th is the deadline for negotiations. Trump said on Thursday local time: "We may start sending some letters, probably starting tomorrow, maybe send 10 letters to different countries each day, informing them of the tariffs they need to pay to trade with the United States."
