Zhaodong Appears in the US, Has Been Released from Prison

Earlier reports stated that on May 12, 2021, the People's Court of Xihu District, Hangzhou, conducted a trial of the Zhao Dong and Zhao Peng cases according to law. Zhao Dong and Zhao Peng were both found guilty of aiding the crime of providing false testimony. Zhao Dong was detained on June 24, 2020, and arrested on July 18.
Zhao Dong and Zhao Peng were involved in the illegal disposal of a virtual asset platform called "Up Up Every Day." Zhao Dong and Zhao Peng exchanged the digital assets involved in this illegal online payment platform for legal tender. Zhao Dong received a 70% bonus from the OTC business.
According to previous reports by Mobile Payment Network, the "Up Up Every Day" platform was a money laundering criminal group led by Zhou, involving illegal settlement. Behind it were a large number of overseas gambling websites, and the amount involved reached 3.1 billion yuan.
