If your WEEX account is frozen due to too many incorrect password attempts when you logged incustomer support: @weikecs can assist you in unlocking it. 

Or, you can find the AI customer service in the lower right corner of WEEX web page, provide your User ID (UID) in the chat box. Once you provide the UID, the WEEX AI service will transfer you to a live customer service agent, who will process your request in order.

To unfreeze your account, you will need to provide the following information:

1. Your [UID/Phone number/Email] (one of the three)

2. A photo of your [ID card] with the handwritten note: "Today is [XX year, XX month, XX day]. I am [Name], UID is [XXX], I want to unfreeze my WEEX account, and I confirm that this action is performed by me."
