Trader Eugene: I disagree that pump.fun TGE will cause the related Meme coins to fall
Odaily News Trader Eugene published an article in his personal community to discuss the impact of pump.fun TGE on the trend of related Meme coins and the impact of capital inflow. From the first principle point of view, I dont think it makes sense that meme coins fell because of the launch of pump.fun tokens. Investors buy Fartcoin not because you want to get overall exposure to the meme market, but because you are interested in its volatility and its name itself. I really dont understand why a TGE of a startup platform with revenue would cause such huge fluctuations in marginal capital flows for a currency like Fartcoin. If I have to say, I think this is more like a buying opportunity for meme coins. But Im not sure about this, I just wrote down my thoughts in real time.
