US Stock BTCS Announces Acquisition of 22,935 ETH, Raises Additional $10 Million to Further Increase ETH Holdings
BlockBeats News, July 21st, BTCS, a company focusing on blockchain technology (NASDAQ: BTCS), announced today that, based on an Ethereum (ETH) price of $3,600, the total value of its holdings of 55,788 ETH, cash, and other liquid assets is approximately $242.2 million. The amount of Ethereum held has increased by 22,935 ETH compared to the last announcement (32,853 ETH), with a total holding of 55,788 ETH, representing a 69.8% increase.
Furthermore, the company has agreed to issue $10 million in convertible notes as part of a $56 million financing arrangement previously reached with ATW Partners LLC.
