Website: Click your avatar (top right) → Select "Identity Verification".
App: Tap the 9-dot icon (top left) → Select "Unverified".
You can use an ID card, driver's license, or passport. We will review your document after submission.
Common reasons identity verification may fail:
1. Wrong information: Your documents don't match your details.
2. Expired ID: Your ID or passport is out of date.
3. Unclear photos: Your pictures are too blurry to read.
